Note 1. One time age relaxation in upper age limit shall be given to the primary teachers
working in
privately managed Government aided, recognized and Government
schools to the extent of service rendered by them as a primary teacher subject to a maximum of five years.
Note 2. Professional Training
Diploma
or
Certificate awarded by
any
State, Board or University other than Haryana Education Department
will be recognized
only if this Degree
or
Diploma or Certificate
has
been recognized by the Haryana
Government.
AND
A Diploma/degree course
in
Teacher Education recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education
(NCTE) only shall be considered. However, in case
of Diploma in Education (Special
Education)
and B. Ed. (Special
Education),
a course recognized
by the Rehabilitation
Council of India (RCI)
only shall
be considered.
Note 3. A one time exemption
of
HTET/STET for
teachers who
till 11.04.2012 have worked for minimum 4
years in privately managed Govt. Aided Schools,
Recognized Schools and Govt. Schools. Number of years is
cumulative, candidate must be in service as PRT on 11.04.2012 and in position on the date of applying.
The teaching experience must
be in
relevant
subject
after acquiring essential
qualification
and supported by salary slip. They will have to qualify HTET not later than 1st, April 2015 otherwise their services will be terminated automatically.
Note 4. Four years teaching experience certificate
& one time exemption
certificate for HTET/STET and one time upper age relaxation certificate
issued by Head of
the Institute must be verified by DEO/DEEO &
counter signed by Director of Elementary Education of the concerned State even for CBSE/ Central
Schools/Navodaya Vidhalaya. One time implies that an applicant
can apply only once
for
a
particular category
of post in the first
advertisement. No such exemption will be granted in the subsequent advertisement.
Note 5. Candidates possessing
higher academic
or professional qualification will not be eligible unless they possesses the minimum qualification
including HTET or four years teaching experience as primary teacher.
Note 6. A member of Service appointed by the direct recruitment shall be liable to serve for
a
continuous period of
five
years in the rural
area from
the
date of appointment.
Note 7. 33% posts are reserved for women of Haryana (horizontal reservation).
Note 8. Reservation in SC, BC, ESM, OSP and PHC is only for Haryana State.
Note
9. There will be relaxation of 5% in minimum qualifying marks at Senior Secondary Level for
Scheduled Caste (SC)/Backward Class (BC) and Differently abled
candidates/persons with disability.
Note 10. Matter regarding equivalency of U.E.I. Qualifications
for Ex-Serviceman is under consideration
in Hon’ble High Court.
In view of this, candidates who have U.E.I. Qualifications can also apply for the post of PRT. However, their eligibility will be subject to the decision of LPA No. 1111/2010 in C.W.P. No. 9925 of 2005.

Preference
will be
given to
candidates who
possess

(PRT’s) for Urdu speaking area. Such candidates, if selected, shall serve only in Urdu speaking area.

Note 16. (i) The prescribed essential qualification
does not entitle a candidate to be called
for interview. The Haryana School Teachers Selection Board (HSTSB) may short list the candidates for interview by holding a written examination or on the basis
of academic
criteria or
percentage cut
off to
be adopted by
the
Board. The decision of the Board in
all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application, eligibility/suitability
of the candidates,
mode
of,
and
criteria for selection etc. will be final and binding on
the candidates. No inquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
